My book project, "Stalin's World," offers an analysis of the phenomenon of dictatorship in modern times, through the extraordinary case of Communism, notable for its powerful globalism as well as its core squalor. The book is based upon the widest possible array of primary sources as well as on multiple cross-country comparisons.
