To examine the relationship between education and personal and social values. The study will focus on a) a philosophical analysis of personal and social values, and b) an investigation of recent approaches to education in social ideals and values. It is hoped that the study will be helpful to teachers who face personal difficulties in teaching sujects involving personal and social values.
