Study aimed at an analysis of personhood and personal identity to be used in regard to certain ethical questions. Personhood is, roughly, the properties and capacities in virtue of which something is a person. Study will deal with ethical problems regarding fetuses, deformed infants, brain-damaged adults, abortion, euthanasia--the whole orbit of the ethical, philosophical and medical ethics.
