FAIN: FB-11435-72

Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX 75205-1902)
Joe H. Hicks (Project Director: September 1972 to present)

Project aimed at developing, in light of recent work in philosophy of law and jurisprudence, a transcendental theory of justice which promises a defensible theoretical foundation and practical guide for several American institutions which have become subject to ideological erosion--rule by law, majority representation in legislation minory rights, judicial review, and civil protest.
