To complete a series of investigations on the contemporary mind and its mental structures as enacted into verbal and artistic constructions by the French New Novelist, Claude Simon. Reading will have to be done since these new sciences of language are the necessary tool for the project and also work on a study entitled Experience et pratique du roman; Claude Simon, to be based mostly on the four most recent novels of the writer. A structural analysis of discourse and of literary texts, and, in general the sciences of communication will soon comprise the core of the humanities curriculum, which has just entered a period of profound mutations.
