To engage in reading and research in order to develop materials for a new course entitled "Ethnic Conflict and Accommodation." To engage in a comparative constitutional analysis of the ways in which various nation states protect the human rights of their ethnic minorities. AH these studies will deal with judicial structures as actual or potential mechanisms to protect the human rights of minority group members.
