“ To study establishment culture of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The period between 1890 and 1910 was very important to modern art. Most of the major art directions were established then. This study will be search to find the major establishment sculptors of this period. Their names, history, and works will be investigated and noted. Among the American sculptors included will be: Augustus St. Gaudens, Harriet Hosmer, and Daniel Chester French. This project should add to the general knowledge about a crucial era of modern art.
