To study the use and interpretation of the historians Rodrigo Toledano and Paulo Diacon by the compiler of the Primer Cronica General, the first literary work produced in the vernacular in Castille, in the 13th century. Study will focus on the transcription of Latin sources into the vernacular and of the vernacular in itself.
