FAIN: FB-12882-76

To do research into the temporal and spatial stances which various types of literary discourse impose upon the reader. Goal of project is twofold: 1) to generate a cohesive theory about the process of perspective formation as it occurs in literary discourse, and as the reader can isolate and understand its function, and 2) to investigate a number of individual works, chosen for specific narrative characteristics, in an attempt at a practical application of the theory generated by the first part of the project.
