To explore the processes of acculturation, and assimilation as they relate to ethnicity, social class, and the race of the immigrant group. Special emphasis will be given the concept of marginality as it manifests itself in the second and third generation offspring of interfaith and inter-racial marriages. The population under study will be the Filipino-American minority.
