To continue an investigation into the area of Argentine avant-garde poetry. There will be a study in the area of the symbolist elements in the poetry of 3 important precursors of the Argentine "nueva sensibilidad" movement: Leopoldo Lugones, Julio Herrera y Reissig and Ricardo Guiraldes. This will lead to the vanguardists themselves, Jorge Luis Borges, Eduardo Gonzalez Lanuza, Francisco Luis Bernardez and Leopoldo Marechal. Their work and attitudes will be analyzed.
