The completion of a philological commentary on a recently discovered Palestinian Targum (Ancient Aramaic Bible version) known as Codex Neofiti I. The commentary traces the ancient Rabbinic influences upon this work through the literature of the Talmud and Midrash and is simultaneously a comparative study of this Targum to the existing Targum.
