To investigate the methods and presuppositions of modern humanist psychology, particularly in the work of Abraham Maslow, Carl Rogers and Gordon Allport, in order to explore the possiblility that the modern notion of self-actualization may provide a means by which we can better understand the drive for fulfillment and oneness.
