To transcribe and edit as part of a large plan concerned with Nicole Oresme's Philosophy of the Human and Natural Sciences, from several medieval Latin manuscripts two of his hitherto unprinted works on psychological philosophy and to initiate study of a recently discovered manuscript which contains his reflections on the foundational concepts of all science. Oresme, the paramount philosopher-mathematician of the 14th century, was perhaps the last great author to have held the different methodologies of mathematical science and the human sciences in equilibrium.
