To analyze and examine the stubstantive changes in the Bill of Rights of the state constitutions that have taken place in the years 1953 to 1973. Also, to reflect on these changes and developments in terms of various rights, protections and ideals recognized during the Revolutionary era, and to reflect on the recent evolution of new rights.
