To research in certain historical archives in the eastern United States and Britain in connection with a long term project for a three volume study, "Foundations of Early Empire: Anglo-American trade, politics, and kinship." Study would show that substantial revisions might be made in the nature of the early American experience with "imperialism" during the early modern era, especially in the projection of European culture and influence where large numbers of Europeans kept up a continuous migration.
