FAIN: FT-12554-75

George B. Leon
University of Memphis (Memphis, TN 38152-0001)

To study Greece's relations with the Great Powers and her Balkan neighbors, with special emphasis upon the Greco-Turkish problem, from the beginning of the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 to the conclusion of the Greco-Turkish War in 1923. The interaction between domestic and international politics in the wake of the social upheaval generated by the world conflict of 1914-1918 will receive special attention. This period not only reflected cultural patterns of past generations, but also affected the lives and thought of future generations.
