To analyze and describe the syntax in the base texts of the Chronicles of four Spanish Kings (reigning years 1350-1407). It is the largest body of Spanish prose of the 14th century and being representative linguistic examples, Ayala's chronicles mark a dramatic and abrupt change from the general types to those which stress the individual.
