To study Locke's conception of the rights people have to do what they will with their own possessions: Consulting in Oxford with legal philosophers and examining Locke collections in Oxford libraries will add to the reconstruction of presumptions which lie in Locke's law in respect to the modern law of property and the light to privacy.
