Mexican Foreign Policy Toward the Third World

To research a design for a year's study on Mexico's attitude toward third World countries. Mexico has had growing relations with Latin America and other Third World states since I960 and President Echeverria has been active in expressing Third World demands. Study will take place at the Institute of Latin American Studies in Austin, and Mexico City.
