To complete a critical edition of the law reports of the royal court, or "eyre" held in the English county of Northamptonshire in 1329-1330. These are a part of the vast series of medieval English law reports which run from the late 13th century to the early 16th and on whose evidence English legal history chiefly rests for this long period.
