To complete a study of Wordsworth's Excursion and begin a study of his Prelude which will treat both poems as an anticipation of the Recluse. Work finished on summer stipend will be a part of a book called Wordsworth's "Recluse" Poems, which will be the first commentary on the extant Recluse as a whole.
