To conduct a series of specialized analyses to design a good working chronology of the Archimedean treatises and to determine its application in interpreting Archimedes. A detailed examination of the treatises to detect aspects of technical method, content, and terminological usage which may be interpreted as chronological indicators will be undertaken.
