Planning for an interactive website about the 1913 Armory Show in New York and its significance in the cultural, political, and historical context of the period.

In 2013, on the centenary of the 1913 Armory Show, the New-York Historical Society will mount the exhibition "The New Art Spirit: The Armory Show at 100." Funds are requested to develop an interpretive website and engaging digital learning environment that revisits this milestone moment, illuminating the seismic shifts in American art and culture, as well as in politics and social concerns, signaled by the popular and critical responses to the exhibition.
