Traveling Exhibition on American Culinary Habits Incorporating an Orientation Workshop

To teach personnel how to prepare an interpretive exhibition for local historical societies and related institutions. The students, in a workshop setting, will develop an exhibition of ten cases around the general theme "The American Menu: A Review of Culinary Habits in America" utilizing pertinent collections of the Buffalo Historical Society.
