The Ranco La Brea Project: A Science-Education Project

To develop a Visitors Center and related educational programs at the site of the excavation of the La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles. Interpretive exhibitions, some using a dual audio system (English-Spanish), written materials for distribution to schools and to the public as well as films related to the excavation are planned.
