To train a number of staff members of 4 NYC museums to develop effective education programs utilization museum resources in new ways in the study of the humanities; to create a "core" team from within each participating museum which will be able to apply this process to subsequent educational projects; and to build a foundation for future exchange among the 4 participating museums.
