To plan and prepare a cooperative Bicentennial exhibit of Spanish artifacts, documents, prints and photographs, and text panels to illustrate the exploration and subsequent colonization by Europeans of the southwestern part of the U.S. the display will show how these efforts laid the foundations for Spanish culture in Arizona, a tradition which continues to the day.
