Five Graduate Fellowships for Students in Cooperstown Graduate Programs

To provide 5 graduate museum fellowships and internships for M.A. candidates in order a) to attract outstanding young humanities students to the field of Humanitic Museums and Historical Societies; b) to compete with fellowship programs of university departments which emphasize formal teaching-research roles in traditional academic programs; c) to provide for participation of the fellows as a group in a pre-intern work project in large urban museums.
