To support a seminar for historical administrators. Objectives are: 1) to attract into historical agency work students with at least one year of graduate work in American history; 2) to broaden the background of junior staff already employed by historical agencies; 3) to improve understanding between historical students engaged in academic careers and those employed in historical agency work.
