To acquire consultant aid in developing a tradition of cultural education in the Philadelphia area by coordinating the use and development of cultural resources so that citizens may become involved in a specific educational process, by developing a network of locations which will have will have "faculty" presenting art, artifacts, collections, manuscripts, and books in adult educational programs and, by assembling the teaching materials and otherwise preparing to offer the educational programs.
