Eastern Washington State Historical Society (Spokane, WA 99201-5906)
Albert H. Culverwell (Project Director: January 1977 to present)

To prepare and publish an interpretive guidebook supplementing the Society's "permanent exhibits" for the adult public. Society will hire academic humanists to write articles, with bibliography, on major subject areas interpreted by exhibits within the museum. Supplemented by photos of artifacts and illustrations, each article will give additional information in support of the exhibition and, raise questions to increase visitor involvement.
