To implement an interpretive program that's historically authentic and attractively designed for people of different ages and backgrounds around three operating farms, a county seat year circa 1870, and an outdoor crop museum. To engage consultants to aid in historical research on farming and farm life (cultural, social and religious), in the Midwest from 1840 to the present, including the variability that existed.
