The Southwest Educational Development Laboratory, the Institute of Texan Cultures and the Texas Historical Commission will -unite efforts to create a masterplan for the development of interpretive programs at the Institute of Texan Cultures. The yearlong planning project is the first step in a long-range cooperative effort among the three institutions to upgrade the quality of museum education programs throughout Texas.
