Planning for Personnel Development Program

To develop a comprehensive personnel development in-service training program for museum personnel of selected Texas museums. Funds requested would bring together director and staff of Texas museums with professionals in the museum field and allied humanities disciplines to formulate personnel development programs to aid museum staff to better interpret their cultural heritage for the general museum public.
