FAIN: GM-11099-77

Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York, NY 10028-0113)
Wilder Green (Project Director: September 1977 to present)

To plan for a traveling exhibition to share a superb collection of rare silver objects produced in America between 1600 and 1900, and to treat these objects in the broadest cultural context through the installation system, the catalog, audio-visual presentations, and other interpretive materials. The exhibition will also include examples and information on silver before and after these periods.
