To improve the permanent installation of the historical society's collections through modification of three permanent exhibition rooms. The Early Settlers Room will be modified to enhance the existing exhibition of tools and domestic crafts with information on spinning, weaving, and household industries; the Agricultural Room will be modified to display occupations of the early 19th century; and the Adirondack Room will be changed to better interpret the geographic importance of the region in shaping area history.
