To define the museum aims, goals, and program ambitions to maximize the interaction, cooperation, and supplementation among the diverse science, history, art and culture aspects of the rapidly expanding museum. A long-term, usable integrative philosophy with concrete specific but flexible exhibit and educational programs will be designed.
