Interpretative Exhibit of Chesapeake Bay Area Costumes

To plan a temporary costume exhibition based primarily on material in the collection of the Maryland Historical Society. Costumes will be used to interpret local history, culture and economic development and will be presented in period settings in a manner intended to attract as wide an audience as possible. Costumes worn by artisans, merchants, indentured servants and other working class people will be given special attention and emphasis.
