The Great Argument: An Analysis of the Debate over Slavery(1835-1865)

To support writing of a script for a 90-minute dramatic film about the debate over slavery in America during the 30-year period preceding the Civil War. Three actors representing three viewpoints (proslavery, antislavery, and the special views of blacks) will tell the story.
