To enable the blind to become active in the AIF, NFB has proposed a two part plan; 1) to put the AIF calendar on "talking book discs" to make it readily accessible to the blind; and 2) to make 60 prints for (Nationwide distribution of the film "The Blind - An Emerging Minority. "
