To create public programs in connection with the AIF in San Antonio. Projects will include films, lectures, exhibits, seminars, workshops, demonstrations, and media presentations. Programming will be aimed at all sectors of the city, with special concern for the needs and involvements of low income, Mexican-Americans, and blacks.
