To develop a plan for improving the adult use of community libraries on reservations. Project will design activities that would require adult participation in building library resources and will plan in-service activities to improve library aides' techniques for developing library services for adults. Estimated number of Native American adults on Pueblo reservation who will be directly affected by program is 17,000.
