To create a program bridging the cultural gap between city and suburban residents of Greater Hartford area. Projects: Citizen Attitude Survey; region-wide traveling exhibits; inner-city cultural exchange program; city/suburb computer simulation model demonstrating the benefits of mutual give and take within the region. To demonstrate commonalities of problems and hopes, history, heritage and cultural values.
