o prepare a series of films as a public education program in community in order to stimulate a greater public appreciation of, and interest in, art. At present community has no art museum; community leaders have expressed a strong conviction that this project would go far in filling the cultural vacuum exisiting in this area. To increase the local community's awareness of the major art museums that exist in Ohio. To show young art enthusiasts that a person can live and display his or her work successfully in Ohio.
