To present a weekly series of film programs (including screenings, program notes, lectures and seminar discussions) designed to demonstrate the tremendous influence films exert in determining their audience's racial, nationalistic, social and psychological attitudes, and to provide other educational and civic institutions with a model wpon which they may pattern similar programs.
