To implement a program that allows members of the Youth Black History Club to study the historical development of the Underground Railroad in Illinois and trace the various routes which were used by fugitive slaves to gain their freedom to Canada. The results of this study are being produced in a color slide presentation to be shown in public schools and other public and private agencies.
