To preserve, print and catalogue 10,000 photographic negatives which will be selected from a larger collection of 60,000 gathered from the early 1930's through the late 1950's by the Tampa firm of Robertson and Fresh as well as to select and exhibit 40 enlargements of the restored negatives.
