To document and preserve in videotapes, still photographs and audiotape, the history and changing contemporary nature of the Little (Sho) Tokyo community and to make these resources available through community organizations, museum repositories, television broadcast and museum exhibitions so as to increase general community and student's knowledge of the history of Little Tokyo. Project will be in four phases; 1) research, photo gathering and interviews. 2) Preproduction--preparation of a shooting script. 3) Production. 4) Post-production-editing videotape and cataloging photographs and oral history into suitable forms for dissemination.
