Purchasing preservation materials to rehouse material culture collections related to the history of women in aviation.

The successful completion of this project will result in the total replacement of all storage media used in housing the collections of the 99s Museum of Women Pilots which document the role and achievements of women pilots throughout aviation history. Grant proceeds will be used for immediate purchase of storage boxes, shelving, and preservation supplies, supplanting continuing remodeling and upgrading of the collections storage area.
